Wood Wood Wood Structure.

Osanbashi, an international port terminal for cruise ships, located in Yokohama, looks like USS Independence -- a huge air plane carrier. It's massive, complex, and capable of accommodating hundreds of people.

What's also striking is that the rooftop of the terminal, which is also converted to a public park, is entirely made by wooden pieces.

The structure, designed by Alejandro Zaera Polo and Farshid Moussavi, of Foreign Office Architects, the UK-based architecture firm. With its completion in 2002, the terminal became one of the hot spots for everyone -- zealous architecture spotters, tourists, and locals.
