sake with an attitude

When drinking a bottle of wine people usually pour it to a glass first, so that a wine lovers can enjoy its aromatic mix with atmosphere or whatever. Same thing happens to a can of beer. In order to form a perfect foam (some people say 7:3 is the golden ratio.) a glass is necessary. The point is you've got to have a glass to enjoy drinks properly.

Same thing happens to sake. Unless you are a fraternity boy or sorority girl, you don't chug it from a huge bottle. You use ochoko, a tiny ceramic container, designated for sake drinking.

And here it is, a one-cup sake with ochoko. Look at its round package design.
